This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on onlycontact.net and in the OnlyContact panel. For more information about your personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
Your preferences
Apart from strictly necessary cookies, analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you give permission. In every country, permissions start as off and Google Tag Manager is not loaded until you make a choice. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site; if you withdraw permission, the related Google cookies are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, but if strictly necessary cookies are blocked you may not be able to log in.
Strictly necessary cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ci_session | Session, form security (CSRF) and language preference. May also be used on website visits. | Approximately 2 hours, renewed as you take actions |
| oc_consent | Remembers your cookie choice and its date. | 180 days |
Cloudflare may use its own technical cookies or anonymous performance measurement for network security and performance. On payment pages, Paddle may use its own scripts and technical data to carry out the payment.
Analytics and marketing cookies (with your permission)
After your permission, Google Tag Manager may run tags such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
| Name | Type | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat | Analytics | Measures how the site is used. Duration depends on Google; for _ga generally up to 2 years. |
| _gcl_*, _gac_* | Marketing | Measures ad clicks and conversions. Duration depends on Google; generally up to 90 days. |
The tags used may change over time. Google may also process this data under its own policies.
Browser storage in the panel
For logged-in users, theme, menu, notification sound, board view and notification device preferences are kept in the browser’s local storage. When installed as an app, a service worker caches the offline page and static files and displays notifications. If you turn on notifications, Google Firebase may use its own browser storage. These storage areas are not used for advertising.
The live chat tool on our customers’ sites
Businesses can add our live chat tool to their own sites. The tool does not use cookies; to be able to continue the chat, it keeps a visitor key, the last message number, the name and email if any, form answers until the conversation starts, the language preference and the window state in the browser’s local storage. This key and the other data are not stored when the page opens: they are stored when the visitor accepts the notice in the window or, if the business has switched the notice off, when the window is first opened, and they are deleted with “End chat”. The window’s settings are loaded from our server when the page opens; this request gives our server the IP address and browser information. To choose the language, it uses the language information of the page and the browser. The consent and information obligations on that site belong to the business that operates the site.
